The UniBox series is a weather-proof protective housing for connecting and distributing overhead and (UG) underground cables, as well as for connecting telecommunication and overhead or underground cables. The box can be mounted either directly on the wall or on poles using mounting straps. Plugs and screws for wall-mouinting are included in the delivery. KRONE connection systems: LSA-PROFIL and back-mount frames up to a maximaum capacity of 200 pairs for variant 4 can be used. The use of LSA-PLUS NT and connectivity for DIN rails upon request. The hinged cover encloses the box and can be locked. The lowered edges of the bottom section are shaped in such a manner that sufficient room is available for working inside the box.
Installation of overvoltage protection is possible (note installation height)
An external earth wire with a maximum cross-section of 4 mm² can be connected
The box is completely maintenance-free
Possible locking mechanism: EURO-LOCKS lock or padlock
A defective cover or the complete housing can be exchanged without interruption of operation
The cover can be opened upwards to an angle of 135°
